Most bands lose gigs for reasons that have nothing to do with their music. I've seen the same mistakes over and over, and nearly all of them are quick to fix. In one hour I'll show you what to change and the setup that makes a band easier to book. I also asked 30+ UK promoters and festival organisers what makes them say yes. 17 answered, and I'll share what they told me.

One hour, real examples throughout
The mistakes that quietly cost you gigs, and how little time each one takes to fix.
What a promoter sees in the first minute when they look you up, and how to control it.
The setup that makes a band easier to book, and how to build it on almost nothing.
What 17 UK promoters and festival organisers told me makes them say yes, and what makes them delete your email.
Bonuses for everyone who stays to the end.
I've watched promoters scroll past bands
I've spent over twenty years in marketing, working with hundreds of businesses. I've also spent years inside the live music scene: filming gigs, working with bands, and talking to the promoters and venue owners who decide who gets on the bill.
That second part is what makes this session different. Most advice for bands is written by people who have never sat on the other side of the room. This is what it looks like from there.
I'm not going to tell you how to make it. Nobody can. I can tell you why promoters keep scrolling past you, because I've watched them do it.
